If something isn’t quite as you expected, you have the right to return certain products in accordance with our return policy.
Special Offer – 1 Free Exchange
Try on your bra, and if it doesn’t fit, you can exchange it once for free — we’ll even cover the shipping costs.
Conditions:
- The offer applies only to bras.
- Valid for one exchange per order and applies only to size exchanges of the same model and color.
- If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, shipping costs will not be covered.
- If you wish to return the same item a second time, the standard return policy will apply.
Return Period
- Standard returns: You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Damaged items: Please inform us within 5 days of delivery if you receive a damaged product.
Return Policy
We offer carefully selected, high-quality products. However, if an item has a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect size or product was sent due to our error, we will accept a return, provided we receive a written notification within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us through the website’s messaging function and include your order number.
Items must be returned new and unused. The product must be free of wear, signs of use, and any scent. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a courier or a registered shipping service, as the customer is responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipment.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, intimate items (panties, bodysuits) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.
- Underwear and bodysuits: For hygiene reasons, underwear — including bodysuits — cannot be returned.
- Custom orders: Customized or personalized items.
*All other products must be returned with tags in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us via email or the contact form on our website within the return period.
- After receiving confirmation, send the item

If you no longer have it, we’ll resend it to you via email. - The customer covers return shipping costs, except in special cases (see below).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your order qualified for a “free shipping” promotion — except in these cases:
- The item was delivered damaged or defective.
- The product was purchased as part of a promotion explicitly offering free returns.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are usually processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Special promotions or campaigns may be subject to exceptions.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defect or our error).
Exchanges
We generally allow direct exchanges for a different size or color.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- We will provide free return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
- The defective item must first be sent back to our warehouse. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
