Shipping Policy

At Elorélle, we care about making sure your order reaches you safely, quickly, and conveniently. Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery options and terms.

Delivery Areas

We ship orders within Latvia, across the European Union, and internationally to most countries.

Delivery Methods

Within Latvia: Omniva parcel lockers and courier delivery.
Internationally: Omniva, DPD, FedEx, and international postal services (depending on the chosen method and availability).

For international orders: Delivery to PO boxes is not available. In some cases, a signature may be required upon receipt.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location, chosen delivery method, and any ongoing promotions.
The exact amount is calculated at checkout.

Approximate rates:

  • Latvia: up to €3.49 (parcel locker) and up to €5.99 (courier).

  • International: approximately €5–15.

Delivery Time

  • Latvia: 1–3 business days (usually next-day delivery).

  • European Union: 3–7 business days.

  • Outside the EU: 5–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to courier schedules or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.
In some cases, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which you’ll receive via email once your package has been shipped.

Customs Fees and Additional Charges

  • Within the EU: All duties and VAT are included in the price.

  • Outside the EU: Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Express Shipping

Express delivery is available for select international orders.
Express shipping is not currently available within Latvia (though most local deliveries arrive the next business day).
